A very unique work written by the musnid of Morocco, Shaykh Abdul Hay al-Kattani when he was only 18. He once sought ijaza from a shaykh who refused to give it to him due to his young age. He wrote this refutation of the shaykh, detailing the conditions for ijaza. This work contains another four rasail about hadith related issues.
