An interesting study by Shaykh Muhyuddin Awwamah regarding Qadi Iyad's work Mashariq al-Anwar, a work that funcitons as a dictionary for Sahihayn and Muwatta. Recognizing the extreme value of Mashariq al-Anwar, Shaykh Muhyuddin felt the need for a detailed dirasah. He compiled this after realizing that no full dirasah of the work exists.
